How am I notified when a candidate applies?
When someone applies to your job listing an email will be sent to the address associated with your employer account. You simply log in via our website and click on "Stats" next to that job. This will provide you with all of the candidate information (Name, Email, Phone, Credentials and Resume) as well as additional information about your listing, such as how many people have viewed your job, etc.

What is a job credit?
When you purchase a multiple job plan, credits are placed in your account that can be used to pay for job post(s). You are charged one credit per job posting.

If I buy multiple job postings, do I have to post them all now?
No, job posting credits never expire. You can purchase multiple job postings and the job credits will be automatically added to your account. These credits can be used as payment immediately,or when posting positions at a later date.

Can a representative from HIMJobBoard.com post a job(s) for me?
Yes, a representative can list jobs for you. Contact us by email or phone and we will gather the job detail information, process payment and list your job(s).

Do you sell access to a resume database?
No, we do not offer this service. Resume databases have recently become the target of identity thieves due to the wealth of personal information that can be harvested from them. We are dedicated to providing the safest possible environment for our Job Seekers to manage their job search and believe a more secure approach is necessary. We notify all registered candidates about newly posted opportunities via a monthly candidate newsletter. This newsletter is sent to every Job Seeker that has registered on our website. The Job Seeker can access the job listing directly from the newsletter and apply directly to the employer’. This method offers the additional benefit of ensuring that your listing reaches every candidate in our database, not just those actively browsing the website.

How do I pay for job listings?
Pay securely online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Or, you can select payment by invoice and an invoice will be generated and emailed to you.

Can I put a hyperlink in the job description to direct applicants to our website?
Yes, simply use the format in the example below:

The parenthesis is required and should encapsulate your URL. If you need assistance just let us know and we can add the link for you.

How do I get my logo added to the Featured Employer section?
Once you purchase a job in the Featured Job Package, email the logo to info@HIMJobBoard.com and it will be added to the website within 24 hours.

What format and size do you accept for the company logo?
The best format is .gif or .jpg no more than 170 pixels wide and 130 pixels high.
