Will Employers be able to access my information?
Employers only gain access to your information when you apply directly to one of their job listings. When you apply for a job, you are providing the Employer authorization to contact you about the position.

Can I contact an Employer about a position?
You can apply directly to any job listed on the job board. When you apply for a job the Employer will be automatically notified.  If the Employer provides specific contact information, or other instructions on how to apply, please contact them according to their instructions .  Please indicate that you found the job at HIMJobBoard.com and reference the job ID when applying.

How will my information be used?
Your information will be maintained in the HIMJobBoard.com database. Your information is not shared with Employers unless you apply for a specific job or provide direct consent.  We do not disclose resumes or job seeker information.  You can elect to receive periodic newsletters with job search tips and new opportunities. You may also receive free and confidential job search assistance, if desired. 

How can I update or correct my account information?
You may edit or delete any or all of your information at any time.  Simply access your account using your self-selected username and password to make the desired changes.
